Long life
Container shell process: Aluminum alloy plates are stamped by standard mould
Insulation material:Grade A refractory materials(GB 8624-2012)
Container off-ground installation: Standard with legs to isolate the land from returning moisture to avoid corroslon
Surface treatment: Low alloy corrosion resistant steel keel and aluminum plates are fluorocarbon sprayed
Low cost
Equipment selection singularity
Typical module standardization
Transportation configuration rationalization
The cost is only 90% ofconventional civil SS
Short construction period
Single means to solve complex problems. Through single equipment selection.to achieve highly standardized multi-modue construction substation
Parallel production mode instead of serlal production mode. Realization of factory integration and site civil construction at the same time.
Container Module
Parts standardization
The container is assembled by low alloy corrosion resistant steel keel, mainequipment in the container and standard stamping plate. The assembly processfollows the principle of inside and out. standard stamping plates include: roofplates/exterior wall plates/interior wall plates/waterproof edge/air conditioningparts/entry doors/control cabinets/air blower/flooring parts, and standard stampingplates can not only adjust its position freely on the keel, but also realize theinterchange of different projects.
Non-hoisting method
Container module can be installed in hoisting and non-hoisting modes. When the construction site not have hoisting space and equrpment, canchoose high-efficiency lifting mode to complete the deployment of thecontainer module.
Container functional autonomy
Each prefabricated cabinet module is designed with relatively independentfunctions, and the prefabricated cabin modules with similar functions indifferent projects are interchangeable.
Convenient operation
With the structure ofinternal maintenance and external repair, thestandard stamping plate can be disassembled during troubleshooting.and the maintenance space can be expanded to facilitate the use ofhoisting and maintenance test equlpment.
Guard house Module
The auxiliary building is a reinforced concrete frame structure. which isconstructed by rapid splicing and pouring of concrete steel molds. Thestandardized auxiliary building covers an area of 140m2, and its three floorshave a construction area of400m2, including 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, akitchen and a conference room, supporting septic tank and sewage treatmentfacilities, supporting fire alarm and video monitoring system, supporting watersupply system. And according to the requirements ofthe operating unit addlogo on the wall.
Transformer Module
The transformer mudule function are relatively independent, few interfacesbetween the transformer and the SAS system, mainly including on-load tapchanger, AC/C power supply and Non-electric protection data interface. The transformer module has two schemes: full outdoor type and semi-outdoortype. The full outdoor type is widely used, and the semi-outdoor type can becustomized for users such as the facade adopted hollow out and engrave style.which satisfied the aesthetics and heat dissipation requirements.
HV GIS Module
GIS equipment has the characteristics ofsmall size and highly integrated, theHV GIS module of the prefabricated station adopts GS equipment to integrateCB/CT/DES/FES, and equipped with outdoor CVT and S A.The primary interface of the HV GIS module is bushing and ACSR overheadline, and the secondary interface is located on the local control cabinet of eachbays of GIS.
In the case of a more compact site area, XLPE cable-type GIS modules can bedesigned and packaged into prefabricated container modules. A singleprefabricated container module can integrate indoor GS with 6 bays.
